Face to face consultation is key to what we do. We like to get a hands on view of the condition, materials and a deeper understanding of what services are required. We pride ourselves on our bespoke approach, treating every shoe individually to ensure the best possible outcome.

We prioritise transparency over anything and ensure that you understand what is realistically achievable when it comes to the work carried out. We also inform you of any possible risks that are known to us before we carry out works.
Although our reputation proceeds us and we do everything we can to bring your shoes back to life, there are limits. As we work with worn shoes in various states and conditions we cannot guarantee "like new" results. We try to get as close as possible but we will always prioritise the materials and structural integrity over removing stains etc.
Occasionally some services may alter the appearance of your shoes but these will be communicated to you prior to us carrying out works.
